Delete your FirstFloor account

You can delete your account in the FirstFloor app under Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, send a request below using the email associated with your account.

We will verify that you own the account before processing the request. You may request removal of your profile, listings, saved properties, and other associated personal data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
