Cashfree processes payments, while FirstFloor receives the transaction information needed to confirm payment and provide access.

We use service providers where necessary to operate the website and protect user information with reasonable security measures. You can request correction or deletion of your account information by contacting FirstFloor support. You can also use the Delete Account page; some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
